We have known Susan since 2015. Susan has handled all my family’s real estate needs. Susan’s professionalism and work ethic is outstanding. She is very responsive when we reach out with questions or concerns. She’s really good at researching comps to be used for listing homes at the right price. She is also very good when it comes to negotiating if selling or buying. Susan has earned our families’ trust and respect, and has become a wonderful friend. You can’t go wrong hiring Susan whether you are selling or buying, residential or commercial. Susan and Caroline One have an outstanding team and resources to assist with your real estate needs. Thank you Susan for everything you have done for us!
I feel so lucky to have the Nicolson team as my realtors. They made me feel informed and heard about everything through the house buying process. They were communicative & always got back to me quickly -even when I was in panic about a house! I recommend them to anyone who wants a trusting realtor team as well as people who genuinely care.
Susan was so helpful with our process, we’re first time buyers and had no idea what to look for or be aware of, she made sure we were informed at every point in the process. Susan listened to details of what we wanted in a home and made our dream come true!
My experience was very positive. Susan and her team were always professional and easy to work with. She is knowledgeable about all aspects of the buying process and easily accessible. I would highly recommend Susan and Carolina One.
Team Nicholson was amazing! Our move was necessitated by the WestRock closure. It was a very difficult time for our family. Susan and her team were kind, thorough and supportive. They were clear in what we needed to do to have our home ready. They were instrumental in finding and meeting with craftsman. They beat all our expectations by selling our home in less than 48 hours after listing and at over asking. The price point was less than 10K off of pricing!
Susan did an awesome job. She took care of us during this move. All of the issues that we needed help with were addressed and a response was given expeditiously .
