Paula guided us through the process of selling our rental home. She offered great ideas to get the house into shape to put on the market. Her invaluable resources of companies to help us do the work needed was so helpful. We are lucky to have her in our corner!

Hi Paula, You were a Godsend to me and I don’t know what I would have done without you. I love, love, love my new home

Working with the King Team was a pleasure. They are knowledgeable professional and work tirelessly to find you just the right home. I couldn't have asked for more. We counted on Paula to guide us every step of the way through this not always so pleasant task.

Matt King guided our family through the real estate process with great skill. He is extremely attentive to detail and made sure that we landed in the best place possible! We are so grateful for his steady hand in this stressful process.

Paula was great to work with. I live out of state and she helped me and my son find a condo in the location and price range we wanted. She is an excellent communicator and was readily available through phone or text to answer my questions. I highly recommend her!

Matt King acted as my agent for almost 2 years and helped me with my move from out of state to Colorado. Matt is very knowledgeable about all the surrounding areas that I was looking at (which was very broad) and was always quick to respond to any questions, showings, or even just quick check-ins to see how things were going. The final home I ended up purchasing, with Matt as my agent, was a sure test of patience, skill, attitude, knowledge and experience. Matt put in a huge amount of effort when things got tough and kept a positive attitude the entire time. He has a wealth of contacts who were also very helpful, from finding insurance, inspection to lenders. I am super pleased with Matt's performance, experience and professionalism. The whole King team was awesome. Keep it up, it's tough to find a great agent! If I decide to find another home in the future, Matt and the King team are exactly who I will call, hands down.

Paula King completely understood our needs and matched us with the perfect property. From offer to closing she guided us through every step in the process. We highly recommend doing business with Paula. Victoria & Gary Goodman

I highly recommend Matt as a real estate agent. Moving from California to Colorado, we had never been to the state before. Matt not only showed us around with a deep knowledge of the local market but also, as first-time homebuyers, took the time to explain the entire process. His dedication, personalized approach, and efficient coordination made our relocation seamless, and he played a crucial role in helping us secure a home that exceeded our expectations. Matt's professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction make him an outstanding choice for anyone in need of a reliable and dedicated real estate professional.

Matt was on top of things which was a great for me as a first-time home buyer and didn't know what to expect. I've recommended Matt as a realtor to many of my friends and coworkers and they've had similar positive experiences.

Matt is one of the best in the industry! We had a great experience with him when purchasing our home in CO and then he did an amazing job again when we relocated and had to sell. And we've moved around the country a lot so we've worked with many realtors. Matt and his team are by far the best! They worked so hard to get us top dollar for our house, told us exactly how to stage and maintain it, and it went under contract quickly for over asking price during the slow, winter months. You can't go wrong with the Kent Team! They are on top of their game and such a pleasure to work with! The best of the best!
