This was the first time that my husband and I had sold a home. We knew that it was going to be hard on us because we had lived in our home for 40 years. Thank goodness for Christein Rudloff! She is the most sweetest, humblest , and kindest person. She was very sympathetic and understanding of our feelings . The entire process was comfortable and easy because of her experience and knowledge. Her husband, John, is also a wonderful and amazing guy! They both treat you like family, and work as hard as they can for you. They are an amazing team together. Christein and John were completely honest with us on what we needed to do to help our house sell, which we greatly appreciated. They went above and beyond working to help us prepare our house, were great communicators, were always quick to answer and ease our worries and truly cared about us as individual and were extremely knowledgeable. Their marketing skills were outstanding. They had Open Houses, realtor caravan, reaching out to other realtors and Christein put it on her Facebook. One of them would try and be there at all showings. So, we always got feedback from the showings which meant a lot. They truly went above and beyond our expectations.
