The Faris-Taylor team has a deep understanding of the local market, takes time to understand needs, and made sure that the builder/seller honored all their commitments before closing date. I would recommend this team for bay area buyers.

Rob assisted us in locating our new home, then helped us work through a challenging multi-bid competitive process as well as a time critical closing process. He then identified excellent resources for painting and installing new hardwood flooring and tracked the progress of the work to assure timely completion. We would recommend him highly to anyone considering purchasing a home in the Los Altos area.

We definitely recommend Rob as a Realtor. While we didn't work directly with him, he was definitely there in the background, helping to navigate our first home purchase, weighing in on trickier questions with his ample experience. With the help of Rob, Jill, and Matt, we were able to purchase a beautiful condo in Los Gatos, and close in a month. The team is knowledgeable and friendly, and very easy to work with. When we met Rob in person after we closed, he had a similar open, friendly personality to Matt and Jill. We would love to work with Rob, Matt and Jill again in the future.

Rob helped my wife and me look at properties and purchase our next home! He is very helpful, knowledgeable, and a very experienced real estate agent. We're very happy with the experience we had with Rob, searching for and buying our home!

I was impressed with how quickly Rob Faris got the contractors for the home upgrade, and how quickly they accomplished the task (about a week), and they performed quality work (carpet, plumbing, yard, property inspection, cleaning). He had a tight schedule that worked. He made good recommendations that increased value, such as paint the balcony floor. He conducted a well-run open house. I was also impressed how he handled the negotiations with buyer's agent.

Rob Faris is very dedicated Real Estate Professional

Rob helped us buy our first home. He was extremely helpful, especially considering we had little knowledge of the home-buying process. With his help, we were able to get a great home for a great price.

Rob went absolutely above and beyond on the sale of my house in Naglee Park in downtown San Jose. He is very resourceful and is always ready to help with all aspects of the sale. It's hard to find contractors when the market is hot and everyone's busy, but Rob manages to have reliable people (flooring contractor, carpeting contractor, cleaning crew, landscaper, etc etc) just a phone call away. Rob and his team and all the contractors they referred to me are super responsive 7 days a week and you can tell that they are all very dedicated to their work. When you hire Rob to sell your house, you know that you don't just have a great realtor, but you also have someone on your team who's there to help you through the whole process to get your house in the best shape and get you top dollars. I can't recommend Rob and his team enough.

Rob has been very helpful to us for buying for our first home. His price and competitive analysis for the closed bids were spot on. He was courteous to answer all our questions and concerns. His services extended beyond just purchasing the home. He was eager to help with his suggestions for our home remodel ideas, approximate cost estimation and offered his trusted handyman/contractor for the remodel we were planning. Rob, Matt and Jillian are a great team and their professionalism made the whole buying experience as easy and hassle-free as possible.
