All members of our family have now worked with John Davis on purchasing a home. He was great to work with, always available, on top of everything, and very communicative. My husband and I moved from Fort Worth, TX to Indian Trail, NC We first visited here in November 2019, and contacted John through our daughter. She and her husband had met John at an open house in the summer, when they were very impressed with his friendliness and apparent knowledge of the south Charlotte area. We came at Thanksgiving and spent some time with John looking at houses and decided on a new build in Indian Trail. When we had some bumps with the builder John went to bat for us, He also went to every meeting that we had by video , and met us when we came for our pre-drywall inspection. He also met us when we came to Charlotte for our home inspection and picked us up to take us to our closing. From start to finish, he was always there for us, and I hope this will be the beginning of a long term friendship.
