Terri stayed actively on top of the loan process and closing documents to help make sure everything kept moving forward. Terry was quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. She also told us in advance what documents we needed to provide from HOA, insurance, termite, etc so that we could ensure no delays on the Seller's side.
