To make this brief and very sincere, I’ve known Terri Palmer for over 14 years.
When I did my first house flip, it was the first time I’ve ever met her. She was very helpful back then and the same today. I was able to sell the house within a very reasonable time even in a down market.
The down market scared me so I discontinued the house flipping business. We lightly kept in touch.
It was June of 2025 that I called Terri to help me sell my house that I’ve lived in for almost 25 years. This time, Terri was even more helpful!
She helped/recommended minor improvements around the house. She rearranged the furniture and decor to greatly improve the house’s look. She also brought in a professional photographer who took great pictures.
The house set a record as it was under contract within two days after it was listed and the offered price was above asking.
For these past 15 years or so, Terri has became a very good friend.
I can truly state that Terri will sell any house in Texas if given an opportunity to do so!
