After living overseas for the past 11 yrs, I wasn't to sure what to expect out of a Realtor after having not so great experiences in the past. But Terri was GREAT, she took what our requirements were and stuck to them. She complied a great list of homes to look at and those few that turned out not withing our expectations, she stepped up and shut down before we could express our displeasure in the homes. Terri was awesome to work with and pulled a miracle getting us our house. We were looking at new builds and wanted a specific model from a specific builder and she was able to find one that wasn’t listed yet because other buyer had to back out and got us locked in before it went back on market. She also was great at helping us keep the builder honest, and was able to make sure we had everything we needed to get our family settled. I’ve bought and sold 3 houses at this point and she was by far the most skilled and creative realtor we've had and would recommend her to anyone.

Terri Ossi Hannah was very responsive when contacted for the sale of my Florida villa. She provided valuable information on the selling price and was able to work with me to have my property ready for sale. She advised me based on her experience regarding an open house and followed my HOA requirements for my villa sale. She sold my property within two months and was able to work with the buyer of my property for a long close, so that I could purchase another home out of state. Terri coordinated with a local professional photographer for listing photos as well as drone property photos of my villa and golf community. These photos helped my property to sell as well as the multiple listings on various online real estate websites. I was appreciative of her assistance throughout this process of buying and selling properties at the same time.
