Terri Nowakowski was our seller's agent for a unique home in Canonsburg, PA. Her upfront preparations were thorough and comprehensive, resulting in an offer of our asking price in a matter of days. Subsequent support for any and all questions was timely and helpful. Her understanding and experience made the entire process seamless, despite numerous last minute glitches on the buyer's end resulting in shifting closing dates. We had a very pleasant Berkshire Hathaway experience. Jim and Diane Strahl
