I had a great time working with Terri Lawrence from start to finish. She was very professional, advocated on our behalf, and kept the ball rolling. Terri was extremely responsible in her duties, provided quick and clear communication, and was enjoyable to work with. I recommend her to anyone! Her firm, Coldwell Banker is also very good as we have worked with them on our previous home purchase as well.

Terri was a pleasure to work with. She did an outstanding job finding a home that met our family's needs and was incredibly supportive. I highly recommend Terri.
Terri was excellent. Very aggressive and professional in looking out for my interests. She was very personable. I would definitely call on her if I have future needs
Terri is wonderful to work with.
We are relocating from the southwest and she did a wonderful job finding listings that met our specific criteria, and maximized our time when we were in town looking at properties. She also fiercely advocated on our behalf when we were not present to do so ourselves.
We feel very fortunate to have found Terri and strongly recommend her services.
Terri was very helpful. She knew I was nervous as a first time home buyer and supported me throughout the entire process even showing up to the closing to provide piece of mind. I have throughly enjoyed working with her.
