Great service Terje always responded quickly. I would recommend her.

Terje was fantastic. Really appreciated her persistence and timely texts, e-mails and calls. This was most helpful during a very busy time which kept the selling and closing process on track.

Terje was always very responsive to my questions/concerns. She was professional in all of her interactions. It was a delight to work with Terje!

Terje was excellent to work with on a a transaction! She is very nice, communicates well, timely, and great at following up. As the listing broker on the deal we did I look forward to working with her on our next transaction.

Terje was wonderful to work with! She took our wish list and budget and truly found great properties for us to view. With her knowledge of the market, the area and her negotiation skills - we were able to get the property for 7k under asking! She stayed on top of everything throughout the process and we couldn't be more thankful.

Terje was absolutely a pleasure to work with. We saw many properties with her before we decided on the one that we finally wanted to purchase. Every property we saw, she was there on time and gave us her honest and professional advise. We are very happy and satisfied that we chose Terje as our realtor. She made the whole home buying process extremely easy and was there to help us every step of the way! Thank you so much Terje!!

It was wonderful working with Terje on the sale of my condo. She is super responsive in all communications, I never had to wonder when she would write or call back with any issues or questions I had. I had no doubt in her abilities to sell my condo, and to do it in 2 months was remarkable. Thank you Terje and the B&W team!

Terje did a wonderful job being attentive to all my questions and making the home buying process as smooth as possible. Terje suggested a beautiful condo for me that wasn’t even in my radar. Then I fell in love with the place. She has a full team of knowledgeable sources of people that do a wonderful job. It was a treat to work with Terje and would really recommend her for another house purchase. I am happy to say I am now a proud first time home buyer.

Terje was a pleasure to work with! Her in depth knowledge of the Chicagoland market helped me target the wonderful home I found. She proactively communicated from start to finish, from sending listings to staying on top of the purchase process, to seeing everything through and after the closing. Her professionalism made my experience seamless and easy. I highly recommend Terje to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! My experience during closing at the office was also a positive one. All the paperwork was processed quickly as well as my refund. I thought Baird & Warner did a great job and I will recommend you to anyone planning a real estate transaction.

From the start, after hearing what my wishes were for the property, and the sale process, Terje set clear goals for the end result. She kept in mind, during the entire process, what my wishes were for the sale of my sister's property. Since I live an hour from the property, she stepped up with needed vendor references, as well as meeting with said vendors at the property (chimney sweep, HVAC inspector, to name a few). She was very good communicating what was going on every step of the way, including advising me on the original sale price and the needed subsequent adjustment to the price. She was key in advising me, and negotiating closing credits with the buyer, to my satisfaction. I would be happy to refer Terje to family and friends who are looking to buy or sell a property. What I found amazing was that the amount of money she said I'd get out of the property, at our first meeting, was spot on, three months later, adjusting for the needed lowering of the purchase price due to market competition.
