Teri Troutman done an outstanding job. While trying to sell our home , we were thrown many curve balls . The main obstacle we had to work through was the COVID 19 pandemic. Teri was responsive and on top of things . Our first buyer's contract fell through due to loss of work hours . Teri was quick to work out an extension and eventually had to re-list and secure a new buyer. The process went flawlessly . I will suggest Teri to anyone I know that is looking to buy or sell.

ReeceNichols has been nothing but a great experience for my husband and I. We used them for purchasing both our homes and selling as well. Teri was professional and flexible and just overall wonderful. She made the process as smooth as possible for us and was patient in educating us on real estate. She made sure we knew what we needed to buy and sell our homes for top value and get the most for our money. She fought for us when needed and was so honest and hard working every step of the way. We had great experiences with ReeceNichols customer service as well. Overall, great company and excellent agent!

My husband and I worked with ReeceNichols for the purchase of two homes and sell of one. We had a great experience with them through all 3 transactions. Our agent Teri worked so hard for us and we could not be happier!
