This is the second time we have purchased and sold a home with Teri Denis. Don't even know where to begin. I'll start with that Teri started off the selling process by giving us a presentation on the market and comparable houses. When we finally got to what she thought our house would sell for, I thought there is no way. Spoiler alert I was wrong - by a lot. I also greatly appreciated Teri's responsiveness to messages and her candor to help keep us levelheaded. Teri's knowledge, experience, professionalism, AND willingness to fight for her clients puts her leagues above the rest. I cannot recommend Teri enough for either the sale or purchase of your home. As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with. Teri made the entire process seem so easy. Before even looking at homes, she took the time to sit down with us and explain in detail the process and time line of what we could expect. From there we spent a few weekends looking at different potential homes and she was always well prepared with a background on the specific property as well as the surrounding neighborhood. Whether I had questions on homes that we looked at the previous day, or it was questions leading up to the closing day, she was always very responsive either via phone or email. Especially when it came time to put the offer in on the home, we were in contact that entire weekend. It was a situation that there were multiple bids on the home, but this was a process that she had talked about during our initial meeting. Again, she was well prepared to negotiate and we were able to get our offer accepted under listing price (in a very much sellers market) even with there being multiple offers on the home. I could not recommend Teri enough and will definitely be telling my friends and family to contact her for any real estate needs.
