Teresa is perfect for the job! She was very patient with me while I tried to realize what area would suit me. We did see some beautiful scenery on our searches. She listened to things I liked and noticed what I didn't like and remembered that in our next houses she showed. She looked out for me on each house, noticing little things I may not have seen. When I chose my new house, I was glad she was right there with me. She made it easier for me, though harder for her I am sure. I have told many people how dedicated she was in helping me find just the right house, as I am sure she is with all her clients. She sets a great example for your company. Thank you

The Teresa Weber and the team at Lake Norman Realty proved to be very effective at selling our home. Fast response, efficient and friendly service, total professional experience with her.

Teresa Weber has been a gem to work with. I appreciate all of her hard work and the effort she made to make sure my family and I were ok. She has been the best.

We have used Teresa for a couple of transactions - she made the process easy and we greatly value her!

Teresa has helped us with a couple of transactions over the past couple of years as sellers and we love working with her. She is very knowledgeable and makes the process feel seamless!

Lake Norman Realty, and especially our realtor Teresa Weber, can be trusted to quickly and efficiently answer all your questions through out the whole process and keep the deal moving.

Teresa did an exceptional job for us. She was able to get more people out to the property than any other realtor we’ve had. She spent a lot of time showing the property and working with both buyer and seller on this property. I would use her again and not think twice. Great attitude and kept us informed through every step of the process, which was real lengthy on this sell. Thank you Teresa.

Teresa did a great job as my real estate agent and gave great direction to help me obtain the house I wanted!

Teresa was my real estate agent during the month of March and April, as I relocated to Statesville from Atlanta. Teresa exhibited so many great qualities that we all look for in a real estate agent - hard-working, loyal, energetic, friendly, and a good character. Teresa was all of this and more! Even after my house was under contract, Teresa went to bat on my behalf to get some money for repairs from the seller! Go Teresa!
