I don't know anyone at ReeceNichols except for Teresa Mcpeak. Do you have a second? I have a lot to get off my chest. Where do I begin? She has helped me buy and sell two properties. I've known her for many years now. I trust her implicitly....I cannot say that enough. She really looked out for me. When she helped me buy my first property, she took me everywhere. I was so naive and didn't know if I had enough money to buy that property...she helped me figure that out. Then, I didn't even think to investigate if I could run a business out of my home and she called the neighborhood HOA for me. I could have bought that house and all along could have gotten in trouble if they had some rule against a home business. This was back in 2007 when my clients still came to my home. The list is endless of all the ways she has looked out for me with buying and selling. She is also very much like a therapist. Buying and selling a home is extremely anxiety provoking but she listened to all my concerns. She is so fair and just and doesn't gloss over anything. Talk about detail oriented! She misses nothing! And she presented both my homes beautifully. If you don't know her, let me just say that she walks and talks with great elegance and poise. She doesn't seem to have a typical seller's personality...whatever that is. She has a very honest, straightforward, very kind and gentle and also personality. I have come to consider her a dear friend. I cannot recommend her enough.
Yeah I consider her to be a friend. She helped me buy my house 16 years ago and I knew I would beg her if I needed to, to help me sell my house. I’ve only met 100 realtors in all those years but I didn’t care…it was either Teresa Mcpeak or i was going to have to set my house on fire to leave it.
