Thanks Teresa, I will always remember your fabulous and caring services in facilitating our purchase of a home in SW Florida - an area we had never even stepped foot within before the actual purchase decision.  You were terrific and helpful.  I do hope to see you soon.  We are back in NY for the summer but return to Ft. Myers in October.  Let's try to get together then.  The value of our home has increased quite a bit from purchase but, more importantly, we are very happy living in our community.  It is seemingly perfect for us.  You did great steering us there.
