This is the eighth house that I have had to list for sale in my life. I must say that in all those listings I have never sold a house as quickly as Terry sold this one for me. From the get-go Terry was the most informative realtor that I have ever experienced. From beginning to end he was there every step of the way to advise us with tips and suggestions that helped us market our house so that we could receive the highest selling price with the lowest amount of out-of-pocket expense. Terry is the most professional, knowledgeable, and courteous home selling consultant we have met. As always, they were a few glitches along the way. However, Terry was there to make sure we understood all our options. Both my wife and I would highly recommend Terry to anyone thinking about marketing their home during these difficult times. Terry was exceedingly helpful in preparing us for the sale and keeping us apprised of the progress of the sale. Additionally, he lent his time and effort to address maintenance items at our home after we had moved to our new home, out of state. His help allowed me to avoid having to come back to Medina to address these items for which, I am grateful. The move was stressful enough - attempting to maintain two homes, one from long 4 states away could not have been possible without Terry's assistance.
Terry was great from day 1. He went out of his way to make sure we were getting a quality house. Over 5 months and about 20 houses he pointed out things that could be a "concern" down the road. Never once told us to but in an offer on a house we were not comfortable with or that was out of our price range. Terry has your best interest at heart and will never pressure you to put a bid on a house. I will use Terry for the rest of my life when purchasing or selling a home.
