Tenzin was a joy to work with. This was a very challenging and competitive time for the home buyers; however, Tenzin was very patient and willing to show as many properties as possible. If there were items he did not know, he would look into it and follow up. He was very responsive and made me aware of his availability. He was willing to try new ways to view homes - such as video chat. I was 8 hours away from Madison, so it sometimes made viewing homes difficult with schedules. However, on several occasions Tenzin would meet with my family members and FaceTime me or just FaceTime me if family wasn't available. He was honest, polite, and had a good sense of humor. We submitted several offers and were not selected, but Tenzin remained optimistic. It was very frustrating, but not because of Tenzin, rather because of the market craziness and not knowing how much over ask the buyers were willing to go. Tenzin seemed to have my best interest in mind with finding the right home for me, without going too crazy over the asking price. He was also willing to travel outside of his typical area of expertise. Due to the market, I had to make many modifications such as price and location. My overall experience working with Tenzin was GREAT and I would highly recommend him!
