We couldn't be happier with the work Tehillah did in selling our home. Her strategy of listing at a lower price point generated a lot of interest right away. We received 12 offers within the first week. She kept us informed every step of the way and made the process feel smooth and stress free. Thanks to Tehillah's expertise, we closed just two months later. We'd wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Tehillah was wonderful from start to finish. Kind, attentive and 100% dedicated to helping us find a great place to live. Her attention to detail was exceptional. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a realtor with a personable, down-to-earth approach.

Tehilla at Howard Hanna Rand Realty was absolutely amazing to work with! From the very beginning, she was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that I felt confident and supported throughout the entire home-buying process. Tehilla was always available to answer questions, explain details, and advocate for my best interests. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, I am now happily settled in my new home. I highly recommend Tehilla to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and hardworking realtor!

Tehillah is fantastic. She cares and is passionate about helping her clients. I could not have had a better agent!

Excellent Customer Service

We loved Tehillah! She was so helpful and on top of everything. Any question we had she worked to answer it. She made the tedious home buying process that much smoother, so thank you!

How can I even begin to describe what Tehillah accomplished for me and my family? First everyone needs to know she is the absolute best agent there is and that I have ever met. Tehillah is professional, her work ethic is incomparable, she is proactive and she wants to help her clients dreams come true. She does not settle for less. She will listen to all your needs and wants and work towards acquiring them all. She made us feel like her top priority but also like family. This takes amazing skills. Her experience and knowledge of all the neighborhoods was so reassuring since we are brand new to Orange County. I know I won't be moving, but if I ever need any help with anything real estate concerned she is my one and only go to. I have already provided her information to several friends and family...the question is are they really ready to work with the best and get what they want so fast!!

She was very kind, well organized, and thoughtful through the whole process. She was amazing!
