Teddy was an amazing person thru out the entire process. She went above and beyond my expectations and made selling my house much easier and smoother than I ever thought possible. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house.

Teddy was awesome! She knows the area better than anyone, and that goes for CA and NV. Great at always remaining available to answer questions and help steer the process forward without any pressure, just a natural at it all! Any future needs for selling or buying, Teddy is first on my list. No doubts.

Teddy was outstanding at every step of the buying process. I had not bought property in many years, and she was extremely responsive to answer all of my questions along the way. She is an expert in remote properties in the Markleeville/Tahoe area, very knowledgeable and helpful. If you are looking to buy a remote cabin or home you can't get better help than Teddy.

Teddy was an excellent support to us, helped us narrow our search area without pressure. After finding the house, Teddy handled all aspects of inspections and guided us through both results and requirements that ensued. As we were purchasing remotely, it was a relief to have every aspect of our purchase managed by Teddys capable hands. Teddy is a terrific realtor and a truly great person to work with.

Teddy was great. She knows the area, long time resident. Teddy helped us so much, as we are new to the area. Teddy was very professional and dedicated to finding us our perfect home. She was always available for questions.
