Teasha did an excellent job - we got in contact when a prospective buyer reached out to here. While that transaction did not work out, we agreed to list the property and I decided to use Teasha's services. She approached me with several low-ball offers and, while being clear that this was my choice, was confident we would do better. We did, and closed the deal at a very fair price to me and the purchaser. One other item - there was a bunch of paperwork coming around and Teasha spotted an error that I missed. She got it corrected with the closing company on her own initiative and, while you may say that she was just "doing her job", I greatly appreciated it.
I would use her services again should the need arise.
