Tara and the Capital City the team kept us in the loop throughout the process. We were always taken care of and could reach someone at any time, if we needed to. Tara had good communication and checked in regularly.  Overall, we had a good experience.

It was a pleasure working with Tara Stephens. The process was very smooth.  If I choose to refinance or buy another property in the future, she will be my go to lender.

It was the most stress-free purchase we have ever made. We are forever grateful to Tara Stephens for her dedication to this phase in our lives.

Tara and her team at Capital City Home Loans make home mortgages easy. Every step of the way, she kept us informed of our progress and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend Tara and Capital City to our family and friends.

Tara made the process very easy. Everything went very smooth.

Tara is extremely efficient, professional and able to communicate with all parties of a loan. She ensures everyone involved understands their part in completing the process and gets it completed as quickly as possible. Thank you, Tara, and her team!
