Tara recently represented me in my new home purchase.  I highly recommend her!  I was unsure as to neighborhood and type of home I wanted; Tara guided me in a thoughtful and helpful way, sharing her ideas and expertise without pressure. Her understanding of the market is thorough; Tara was very helpful in providing trend analysis and useful insight.  She is a pleasure to work with; always responsive and encouraging.  I had not purchased a home in twenty eight years so I was unfamiliar with today's process; Tara was instrumental in putting me at ease and skillfully negotiated the home purchase while avoiding a bidding war.  Tara is not only a top notch agent, she is enthusiastic, excited about her role as an agent, and really cares about her clients. Thank you, Tara!
