We have used Tanya for several transactions on the buyer and seller side, and will continue to use her for our real estate needs! On the buyer side, her negotiating skills are great. On the seller side, her marketing skills and ability to get a great sale price for the property is also great. Would definitely recommend.

Tanya is a great realtor, would highly recommend her.
