Tanya was referred to us from our local realtor in the Dallas area whom we had worked with previously. Moving from Texas to Michigan meant we needed someone knowledgeable in the region we were looking to move and we couldn’t have been more pleased with Tanya. She contacted us immediately after consulting with our Dallas realtor and introduced herself and asked some initial exploratory questions. We weren’t ready to start seriously looking, so Tanya set us up to get notifications regarding available homes in the area and told us to let her know when we were ready. Two to three months later, we were ready and Tanya sprang into action to help us find our dream home. After one failed attempt to set up time to look at houses in person due to weather, we were finally able to connect and meet face to face. We met one evening so Tanya could get a feel for who we are and what we were really looking for. She was very patient and really listened. The next day our house hunting journey began. The 3rd house she showed us was the one we ultimately purchased but she was eager to have us look at all on the list just to make sure. Once we decided, Tanya was extremely thorough with explanations and helping us understand the process of buying a house in Michigan, which was a bit different than Texas. Communication between us and her was outstanding and Tanya went above and beyond in our opinion to make our purchase as smooth and easy as possible. Tanya fit our style and needs without question. We appreciated her straightforward approach and willingness to continue communication with us well after the initial purchase period. Given we had to return to Texas, we were unable to perform some tasks related to the home and Tanya served as our proxy without hesitation. She was and continues to be available for any questions we may have and never makes us feel as though we are a bother. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better than Tanya.
