Tammy Pihl was awesome. So helpful! She spent several days taking us around to numerous homes. She was patient and so very kind.

Tammy was great. I feel I've made a new friend helping me go through this stressful process. She made herself available and answered most of the questions I had or tried to find out answers I would have had. She recommended people who could help me with repairs that the house purchased needed. She really helped in negotiating them to come down on the price of the house when issues came up with the house. I wish I could of looked at more houses when the loan was contingent was recommended not to do that. But, because the house I purchased ended up needed so much things that have to be done in order to make it right and livable. In retrospect, I wish I insisted that I looked at other houses or maybe even backed out of the whole thing. It was stressful at times and I felt pressured to making quick decisions. Which tells me, I really wasn't ready to buy a new house. And, that's not on Tammy. That was on me. She was great at talking to me and helping me through things. She made herself available for questions I had most of the time. I'd recommend her as an agent to anyone!
