My experience with Tammy and Wallace Real Estate was phenomenal. Not only did I purchase a home through them but I utilized them as a property management company as well. Their attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding.

Our leasing experience with Wallace was such a positive experience. As needs would arise they were met in a timely and professional manner. Our family strongly will recommend Wallace to both tenants and owners.

Tammy has been amazing to work with. She has helped me with anything I needed in a timely manor. I cannot thank her enough!

I can’t say enough good things about Tammy and her team. I’ve lived in the property close to three years and had a great experience! Any questions I had during the my time here were always answered quickly and honestly. I felt like a person here instead of a number and that’s rare these days. Now that life takes me away from this home and on to a new one I will always recommend this company to others and if I should need another place to call home I will definitely come to them first!

My husband and myself have had CWB, Tammy and Nina, work for us, for many years now helping us find the best tenants for our rental properties and have been very pleased with the results.. We will keep using and recommending them to others… Thank you!!

Wallace Property Management has been awesome every step of the way in finding a rental home and securing a lease. I was new to the area and was able to navigate the process with ease thanks to their help!
