Tammy Waddell is the finest, hardest-working, most competent, and most dedicated realtor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I've used realtors ten times in my life to buy or sell a home. All of them were competent, diligent, and honest. But none came close to the level of service and dedication that Tammy provided. She always put my needs and the selling of my house first, often to her personal inconvenience. She repeatedly went out of her way to ensure that my home was in prime condition for marketing and marketed the unusual property with skill and insight. She held several open houses and made numerous visits to the house to clear up issues that might have negatively affected potential buyers.
