I first contacted Sylvia 4 years ago. Before the market went bananas. We were looking for a house but were not too much in a rush. Sylvia would send me listings and keep in contact to see if I was still interested, even if we weren't aggressively looking to buy. Then we got pregnant and life got busy, Still, Sylvia always kept in touch and would send me listings. And then after 4 years (this woman is patient!), we started looking for real. Sylvia was SO helpful in guiding us navigate the real estate world. She held my hand, was responsive, patient and always kind. She understood what we were looking for and what our budget was limited to and found some gems for us to see.We finally found our dream home thanks to her. Sylvia is not your average realtor. Buying or selling a home can be a stressful time for anyone, especially when it's the first time and experience has not yet taught us what to expect or how to react.My wife and I, as part of an interprovincial move, recently sold the first home we bought.
