Our experience with Mrs. Swati Linder was exceptional. She truly went above and beyond for our family as we decided to sell my mother's house. What could have been an extremely frustrating process, she made go smoothly. I felt like she listened to me. Her patience was noted. The biggest characteristic of Mrs. Linder that stuck out to me was her integrity. Not only did she work hard, but she knew the paperwork and the rules. She listened to my requests and took the time to make sure my needs were met, which is greatly appreciated. In doing so, her professionalism was top-tier. She didn't try to talk me into or out of things as a seller and listened to my requests. Lastly, Mrs. Linder was easy to get a hold of. I didn't have any communication issues with her. Not once did I feel like she was annoyed with my questions or phone calls. To note, the contractors she used for inspections were of high quality. They did not try to cheat or deceive us on prices. I would highly recommend Mrs. Linder to my friends and would use her again!

Swati Linder, great professional realtor! She listens to what you have to say. She will tell you like it is. And tell how to get there. The one thing I remember most is, Swati telling me “A woman don’t like looking 👀 out of a dirty window.” She don’t mind sharing with you, now that’s life.

And as it turned out, we closed on a house with very few hiccups. The more I told my mom about Swati and her tireless efforts and kindness, the more my mom couldn’t wait to meet her. And when they finally met at the walkthrough, there were hugs all around. We couldn’t have asked for a better home buying experience, and we’re so thankful for all Swati’s hard work and dedication. She has now become a lifelong friend to our family and one that will always be known for getting our mom into a new home closer to us.
