Svetlana was very patient in helping us find the right property showing us multiple properties over an extended period of time. Her knowledge of the area and current market conditions are commendable and exactly what you need - especially if you are from outside the Hot Springs area. She was always prompt in returning phone calls, texts, and emails and even adjusted her schedule to meet ours when needed. Svetlana kept everything on track making the path to closing seamless. In addition, after closing Svetlana has been a great resource for our renovation needs. I highly recommend her and we would gladly work with her again for any real estate purchases.
Svetlanna is head and shoulders the best person we have worked with for buying and selling real estate. She is honest, trustworthy, respectful, and always mindful of herself and others.

I called the office because I was in need of assistance with the sale of my home. Svetlana came over and walked through the house told me what would be the best strategy to get the house sold. Svetlana went to work immediately on getting a open house setup, and posting on social media. She kept in contact and communicated with me throughoutthe process. I appreciate everything she done to get the house sold!
Svetlana Simmons professionalism, dedication and negotiating skills helped to make my home purchase a positive experience. She was happy to help with questions while always being responsive.
Her knowledge of the area allowed me to find what I was looking for and more. I would highly recommend calling McGraw Realtors.
We experienced some unusual and difficult circumstances throughout our selling process. I was amazed at Svetlana’s professionalism and skill at guiding us through it. I’ve worked with many agents over my years and she is by far the best!
SvetLana showed us property up in Hot Springs and was amazing in her presentations. We were planning to move there, but for reasons unknown, I did not get the job I wanted.
Still, she offered us encouragement. The Lord ordered our steps and we arr now headed to Florida and a great job. It’s amazing how God uses is to help others! Thank you, SvetlNa!
