Suzy worked with us both in the sale of our old home and the purchase ofour new home. We found her to be warm, diplomatic, and intelligent. She listened to our concerns and always kept our interests at front and center. As our buyer’s agent, she found a home which was exactly what we needed. In a very active market, she advised us to move quickly, and we were ableto buy it at a fair price. She steered us through the Due Diligence process, working seamlessly with her network of contractors to address our concernsin a timely manner. She is an experienced agent who knows what works andwhat doesn’t in a changing market. As our listing agent, she made selling our home a painless experience. She hasa designer’s eye and was able to advise us on how best to present the house to prospective buyers. It sold virtually overnight at a price that made us very happy.

Suzy helped me sell my home and purchase a new one. My goal in selling was to downsize, but I was very unsure about what I wanted or how much room I woud need. She was very patient with me throughout the process of discovery, showing me properties that she knew I wouldn’t like. She knew  I had to experience these options myself before discarding them. We found the perfect townhome in the perfect location, and Suzy worked  diligently with the owner to ensure a smooth and fair transaction. Selling was even more complicated due to certain restrictions imposed during the pandemic. I cannot imagine navigating the process of selling my home without Suzy’s assistance. Her knowledge and attention to detail was evident throughout the process of evaluating multiple offers as well as managing the inspection and repair process.   Suzy cares about her clients and is willing to spend the time necessary to help them through the process of buying and selling from start to finish.

"Working with Jeff and Suzy was always a warm conversation, even if the news wasn't what we wanted to hear. They always found a way to resolve anything that came up. We closed quickly and efficiently. “

Suzy was fantastic to work with! She was always available when we needed her & we would definately recommend her to anyone looking for a hard working, loyal agent. We felt like she never lost patience with us even after a year of looking at properties. We also appreciated her great sense of humor!

Suzy was very knowledgeable and helpful during our home search! She put us first throughout the whole process and did a great job looking out for us as first-time homebuyers.

Suzy is a fantastic realtor. We were new to the area and happened to be moving when there was not that much on the market. Suzy took us to multiple areas that she thought would best meet our needs. She helped us focus on our desired area, and type of home, in neighborhoods that would accommodate our family. Suzy is patient and honest and really looked out for our best interest. She's a lovely person and was a delight to work with. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking here in the greater Charlotte area.

We worked with Suzy both selling and buying. In each transaction, she deftly navigated logistics, personalities and challenges to get us to closing and helped us stay focused on the things that really mattered to us.  She has a keen eye for what makes a house not only a good investment, but also a wonderful home.

Suzy gave us excellent advice on how to prepare and price our home when we were ready to sell.  She held open houses, sent out direct mail and marketed it to other Realtors.  She also listened carefully and worked with us to find exactly the new home we wanted.  As we went through the process of contract negotiations, her patience and skills were invaluable.  Job well done!
