Ypsilanti, MI Home Purchase and Sale     I cannot recommend Suzette Collins enough for all of your home purchase and sale needs. In the span of two years she helped me find and purchase a wonderful home in Ypsilanti, Michigan, and then sell it. Not only did I do incredibly well financially with her guidance, she made the entire process clear, simple and relatively painless! Suzette's quick responses, incredible knowledge in her field, kind words and go-getter attitude is better than anyone I have ever worked with. I have never met someone who is so good at their job in real estate, and who has such a passion for it as she does. If you have the chance to work with her, consider yourself lucky. She really is the best in the business.         ~  Kelli Harden-Klenotic | 09/15/2021 | Buyer and Seller

Highly recommended!   I've worked with Suzette on two home purchases, and I can't imagine working with anyone else.  Suzette is highly knowledgeable about both the process and the area.  She is proactive, communicative, responsive, and unafraid to advocate for her clients to get the best, fairest deal.  She keeps her clients informed at all steps and will answer any question.  Her experience is a huge asset, and she's wonderful to work with.          ~  Jen Proctor | 10/27/2021 | 2x-Buyer

We had an excellent experience with Suzette as our realtor for house hunting. Suzette was very personable, pleasant and responsive to our needs in finding a home that we eventually bought. We would highly recommend using Suzette as the realtor regardless of whether you are buying or selling the house. "Thanks again for your help       ~ Shailesh and Kalpana Joshi | 9/2012 | Buyer

When buying our dream house, Suzette Collins was our real estate agent. Suzette showed us that she was very knowledgeable of the Ann Arbor area and also went above and beyond what was expected from her. We loved working with Suzette Collins and would highly recommend her to our family, friends, and community members.          ~  Matthew and Karen Findling | 4/2012 | Buyer

Great Realtor    Went above and beyond thru the whole process during the sale of my home. Was very knowledgeable and professional. Little side note..... There was trouble with the lock on my front door.  Suzette called a lock Smith and met him at my home.  I consider that above and beyond. She has earned all my future business!        ~ Nicole C. | 2/2021 | Seller

This was my second time working with Suzette and would not choose anyone else in the future. She goes out of her way to make the home buying/selling process a breeze for her clients. She is very trustworthy and has her clients best interest in mind. I admire her professionalism and positive attitude always. Working with Suzette is as easy as it gets!      ~ Ashley Miller | 1/13/2021 | 2x-Buyer and Seller

We have moved all over the country and have bought and sold more than 12 houses. Suzette is the best agent we have worked with. She is thoroughly professional, always prepared, knowledgeable, savvy, and the kind of agent you actually look froward to spending time with. When we moved to Ann Arbor is was the middle of winter and we had no idea about the area. She immediately put us at ease and helped to navigate the process of finding the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. She works very hard- she was always one step ahead of us - but she makes it look easy. Suzette never got flustered and handled all the major and minor details effortlessly. She is truly the best!        ~  MJ McFarland | 11/2020 | Buyer and Seller
