Susie Holmes is a great friend and a great realtor. She always had me as her priority in the entire process. This was a tough buying and selling experience as there were many unexpected hurdles. She was the one that quickly alerted me to my new property coming on the market and jumped through hoops to help me to get an offer put together (from nothing) in less than 24 hours. She also got my former home on the market very quickly and in 10-11 days we had a good offer after a swift, yet firm, negotiation. We then had multiple issues with the mortgage providers, the seller, and the buyer, but Susie communicated and rose to every occasion with concern, efficiency, problem solving and grace. Susie is a great communicator! The final 72 hours prior to my closing was particularly stressful due to circumstances beyond either of our control created by my buyer and also the seller. In the end it all worked out, but Susie was poised to offer significant personal financial assistance to me, a friend, to get me to closing on the day promised so that I would not have multiple moves, more cost and an expected 3 week delay in getting movers back on schedule to get me into my new home. It was pretty ugly for a bit. Fortunately other factors came to play by closing day so that I was able to get all the money needed myself to get the deal done on my new home prior to selling my old home. I was (and still am) humbled by Susie's willingness to really think outside the box for ME. I hope that you appreciate what a significant asset she is to your sales team. She's willing to do the work for her client and always keeps us in the forefront. She's just a good person and it shows in all that she does in the sales process. I would highly recommend her to any friend that is looking to buy or sell a home.
