Susanna was able to educate and provide guidance for us throughout the entire process. The market in 2023 was not the easiest to jump in as inventory was limited and multiple offers were still on the table. Susanna was able to help us navigate thru this process and continued to encourage us and jump back into the home search when offers didn't go our way. We were even able to negotiate seller concessions which helped get us into our home with a payment we were comfortable with. When she says she is available 24/7 she really means it and its so helpful knowing she is just a quick phone call away as we had questions or found homes we wanted to view. You always feel like a priority every step of the way.
