I contacted Susan when I saw new townhouses were being built in a community in which I was interested. I didnt like the new ones, but she called me a few weeks later to say she had one she thought I would like. She was right. She did everything she could to make the sale go through. Susan gets things done. At one point, she drove to one attorney to get the contract and then drove miles to personally deliver it to the other attorney. If I ever decide to sell my townhouse, I will call Susan.
