Susan was an excellent agent. I felt she put 100% into selling my home. She had open houses every weekend and also had agent open houses to get more exposure in this tough market. I had constant showings and several offers within weeks. My house sold only after 1 month on the market. I lived out of town, so she went over and beyond checking on my home, getting keys to contractors when needed to complete small fixes and keeping me updated when anything needed my attention. She advised me well and was very patient with me during negotiations, even in this buyers market, I was able to hold firm on price with she used her many years of experience to find ways to work with my needs and the buyers needs.
