Thank you Susan for picking up the ball when the other realtor dropped it! After your help everything went very smooth. We had such a great winter in Florida, we are going back in 2015! Could'nt have done it without your help. Thanks again!

As a first time renter newly wed and new mother to a sweet 4 month old baby boy I was scared to death of renting as I've heard horrible stories of renters experiences but I was fortunate enough to have Susan Rock as my ROCK! She is always there anytime of the day if I had any questions or concerns. She always reassured me when I was unsure. I can always count on her for guidance. Her integrity along with her beauty and brains makes her a superhero! I am so fortunate to have her by my side! Susan Rock is my ROCK!

I like doing business with you and you have a good style which matches mine!  Quick and to the point and I think you set a record in terms of finding a quick tenant.  I’ll be sure to call you on the next rental!
