Susan was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process of selling our family home of 67 years. This was so much more than selling a house, it was saying goodbye to a home filled with decades of memories, love and family history. Susan went above and beyond in every way. Her dedication, professionalism, patience and genuine care made such an emotional experience so much easier for us. She was always there when we needed her, guided us through every step and made us feel like we were truly her priority. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help us through such a meaningful transition. Susan didn't just sell our house, she helped us navigate the closing of a very special chapter of our family's life. We are beyond grateful for everything she did and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares and goes the extra mile. Susan thank you for going above and beyond and making us feel supported every step of the way. We truly couldn't have asked for a better realtor, and we would recommend you wholeheartedly to anyone looking for someone who cares as much about people as she does about selling homes. You are truly one of a kind!

ABSOLUTELY 5 STARS + Sue, spent almost 2 years with us in search of the most perfect home, AND WE FOUND IT !!! Sue was patient and provided great insight about the areas and homes we had interest in. She went above and beyond inquiring at local townships about property concerns and limitations. She gave us guidance in our offerings and was there through every up and down this market can bring. She cheered us on to give us hope in finding the property and kept us going through the journey. When we finally found ourselves at our closing, we could hardly believe it, and of course Sue was there for us. We thank her for knowledge of the area, her late night and early morning calls, messages and home searches, never ceasing to provide us with topnotch customer service. We now call Sue our friend, not just our realtor.

Sue is the most patient person i ever dealt with in my life i wouldn't use any other realitor very professional and caring top shelf in my book

We really appreciated all the help Sue gave us in finding our beach house. She has gone above and beyond in her services and follow-up. We highly recommend Sue for all your Real Estate needs.

We had a price in mind, but Susan told us to raise the asking price. She found us a cash offer on the first day the unit was up for sale. The final sale price was 50,000 more than our original price and a cash offer to boot. There were some issues, but Susan handled them, got us a lawyer and a handyman. She managed everything and we could just sit back and wait for her to finish. Both the lawyer and the handyman we less than we are used to paying. All in all, the process was made easy, and we got. much more than we thought we would
