That was very helpful to have as we were looking at houses, but also moving through all the paperwork that comes after picking one. She was there every step of the way for me, making sure I understood every little detail people were telling me. In addition, I was moving from out of state, and she was very accommodating to me and my timeline and availability. She would consistently check in with me to see if I had any questions or concerns, and would even stop by the house while it was being built to send me updates, pictures and videos, which was very appreciated as I couldn't stop by to see it myself. I would highly recommend working with Susan, her expertise made this process so easy for me, and she treated my family and me with all the patience, kindness, and grace in the world.
