Susan not only provided stellar service and knowledge in putting our home on the market, she also worked with us compassionately in terms of dealing with all the sale details, getting our home ready to sell and encouraging us through the process. One a one to ten basis, we would rate Susan a 15+ - she made the process easy and understandable - with a loving touch.
