Susan was awesome to work with. The first phone call I made to her I really didn't know what to expect. She was very professional, gave all details and answered every question I had. She sent me a list of homes in the areas I was looking in within minutes after getting off of the phone with her and toured them with me and my family. She was very patient with us at moments as we were trying to settle on a place. Once decided, Susan went through the lease with me and explained a few things I didn't understand. I moved from an apartment to a home, the owners have a very thick accent and were at times difficult to understand, get ahold of, and get a response from. She really went to bat for us and scored us a home run! Susan was able to talk the owners down on my rent, negotiate the deposit amount and due date, and when they tried to tack on an extra fee that was not listed in the lease, she got them to remove it. She was always reachable and responded quickly when I reached out to her even after our moving process was over. I had a wonderful experience working with Susan, currently I am renting but and when I am ready to purchase, I hope to work with her again! Thank you again Susan for all your help!!!
