I would highly recommend Susan Jones to anyone who wants to sell/buy a new home. She is polite,couteous, knows the area and wants to find the best home for each family. I looked at many homes with her and felt she knew exactly what we were looking for as we are downsizing. While we were on vacation, a contract came on our Juniper Lane home. She also sent a link of a home she wanted us to see when we returned. We got off the plane, drove to the new home and loved it. When we finalized the contract that evening, she told us we should place an offer on the new home. We did and within 2 days we had a new home. She handled everything so smoothly. We had a few bumps with the buyer's agent of the Juniper Lane home, but Susan always looked out for our interest. She is a jewel!
