Susan has now helped our family buy two homes - my folks' home in Magnolia and our home in Phinney Ridge! Susan was always available to answer questions, even late into the evenings and on weekends. As first-time buyers we had many, many questions and she answered each one patiently and kindly. Throughout the entire experience we never doubted that she had our family's best interests at heart and we trusted her advice and judgments implicitly. Her steady, calm guidance was enormously reassuring. Each one of Susan's contacts (inspectors, lenders, etc) were also top-notch, just as we would expect. Susan and her team of experts took all (well, most) of the anxiety out of buying a home. She made it possible for us to buy our dream home. My only regret is that because she's so good, we'll never need her services again! We're never moving!
