Susan was great to work with throughout the entire process. She provided a package detailing what to expect when selling a home. How to prepare the home for sale. She had examples of the contract and other forms that would be used. She was in constant contact to let me know how everything was progressing as we prepared the house to get it on the market. Susan did a lot of research for the market analysis and what price would be chosen for the sale price. She did an excellent job with the pictures and presentation of the house. She worked tirelessly preparing all the offers received on the house and explaining in detail about the benefits or any draw backs on the offers. Susan communicated continuously through out the process which I had not had in my prior dealings with other real estate agents. She is very easy to talk to and she makes everything easy to understand. She always says she is a "real realtor" and I think that's what made working with her a pleasure. I would definitely use her services again if looking for a real estate agent.
