We, my son Carlos and I met Susan when my niece sew an add on the phone about some bookshelves for sale. She called us and gave us the number, we called and bought them. When she and Brian delivered them, we spoke about wanting to buy some houses. That's how we found out that she was a Realtor.
We like Susan, she is a very nice person and a good saleslady . However, I do believe the commision charges are too high. I understand that she has to share the commision with the McGraw Realtors and then we also paid for Kim to be the "Manager of our properties" which also helped your business.
