Susan is the best realtor ever

I was selling a home in Nashua, NH. I live in Florida. The Nashua home needed quite a bit of work to get it into shape to sell. Susan found me an excellent contractor, who did the work quickly and well. Everything was done via phone calls, emails, and texts (photos, contracts, etc.). I appreciated that I did not have to travel to NH! I do look forward to meeting Susan one day as I’d like to thank her in person.

Our experience with Susan outstanding due to her care, consideration, and alignment to our best interests. Over the course of our very lengthy job hunt Susan was consistently upbeat and provided excellent feedback/prompting questions to guide us into a well-educated decision serving our actual needs and future growth goals all while staying within our budget. The search began while we lived 3 hours away in another state where limited time off restricted our availability to weekends only. Susan accommodated this oddity far above all expectations which even included stopping at houses on our behalf with your awesome husband in order to walk homes while on the phone with us. We moved to a New Hampshire apartment about 3 months into our search which allowed us to go to open houses and private showings more readily. Once settled in, we continued with the home search full time resulting in countless passes and several offers. The offer process went smoothly facilitated by Susan who went the extra mile every time to ensure our offers were received and extensive feedback was gathered when we were outbid each time. Once we finally found our perfect home, Susan again exceeded all expectations by turning the closing process into a stress-free few weeks. She accomplished this through clear proactive communication, consistent follow-up, and excellent introductions to her contacts handling both financing and inspections. We ended up financing through a recommendation of Susan which was incredibly smooth with no sudden surprises. Susan, with our blessing, went out of her way to stay in sync with the finance agent ensuring all closing paperwork was in order. We were thrilled to work with Susan and highly recommend her to anybody looking for an agent that is willing to put you first. She is by far the best realtor and one of the nicest people we have met. Susun will ensure you and your family love your new home!

Susan Burns is an absolutely phenomenal real estate agent and she deserves 10 stars! From the first meeting, we knew we made the right choice. Susan was kind and attentive to our needs. She’s a hardworking, responsive and knowledgeable realtor, plus such a warm and fun person! She was very helpful every step of the way, always available on the phone or through email. She delivered on all her promises in spite of the fact we were buyers from Florida and couldn’t be present throughout the process. She made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't. Would definitely recommend her. The best buying agent in multiple moves we have ever worked with. It was a such a pleasure working with Susan!
