Susan Adams was an extraordinary agent. She explained the process in detail, so we knew what to expect. She listened to our wishes and always responded quickly to our questions and concerns. We were told about viewings and she was open to making changes or clearly explaining if changes weren't in our best interest. Susan made the whole process clear and straightforward so we knew what to expect. Thank you, Susan, for making a process smooth that could have been stressful!
