She is super pleasant, Very accommodating, knowledgeable, very responsive, took the initiative to make sure everything was done. Asked questions to help us adjust our search parameters and she made her own recommendations on homes we should tour or not tour after she got to know us.
Her preparation and research during the home finding process was excellent. She had maps, schedules, times, write-ups and recommendations for every house we toured.
After the agreement was done, Michaela was still working and checking in to make sure we met all our milestones to close on time.
We were remote so she helped us line up the typical inspections, final walk through and utilities.
