Summer did an excellent job in all aspects of the home purchase from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, timely, responsive and had complete command of the purchase agreement from start to finish. She kept us advised of the market conditions, the number of property visits by other potential buyers and was instrumental in helping us become the first buyer to submit the first contract to purchase and secure the home. She helped expedite the sale to close timeline, worked side by side with us through home inspections, lender challenges, insurance and the title company closing process.
She was awesome to work with and would have to believe she is a valuable asset to the McGraw Reality organization!!
We had an excellent experience with Summer. She listened to what we wanted in a future home, sent us amazing options, helped us secure and close the deal on our new home. She was always happy to educate us on the process and made the experience a positive one. We love Summer and would recommend her to friend and family!
Summer was an amazing support during this process. I had a unique situation personally and she was extremely understanding and encouraging during the entire process. I cannot thank her enough for her friendship and guidance during this process.
Summer Gonzalez did an awesome job as our realtor! She went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations! Would absolutely recommend Summer and the Gruenwald Team at McGraw!
Summer Gonzales was incredibly helpful and easy to work with through the entire process. She was very accessible and knowledgeable and was able to help a first time home buyer navigate the process smoothly. She was also very patient and encouraging throughout my search. I highly recommend her and would work with her again in a heartbeat!
Summer was very professional and outgoing....my husband and I randomly met Summer at an open house as we were beginning to search for properties in the Tulsa area. We are from Fort Smith, AR and were not familiar with neighborhoods in the Tulsa market so Summer provided a lot of support.
So happy that Summer was our Agent and that we are now going to be in her Yorktown neighborhood!

Summer was outstanding! She is very professional and also very personable. She did a great job educating us about the local market and really listened to us about our needs. Her diligence and commitment to excellence led us to finding the right house for our family. Summer was our advocate throughout the purchase process and we would definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house.
